UniFi Professional Site Support 1y Business Hours EU UniFi Site Support provides priority phone support to a single physical site managed with a UniFi Cloud Gateway or other UniFi Network deployment. We will support all UniFi devices at that physical site. Site Support will be available for other types of UniFi site deployments in the future. If you have non-Network devices such as Physical Security devices (UniFi Protect / Access), they are included in the same site-level license with your Network devices, even if they are managed by a UNVR at the same site.
